Instruments Electroniques Kurzweil 
Kurzweil Music Systems inc. a été fondé par l'inventeur Raymond Kurzweil et développa en premier lieu des machines à lire pour les aveugles. Il adapta ensuite sa technologie pour concevoir des instruments de musique. Leur premier synthétiseur, le K250, fut commercialisé en 1983 et depuis, Kurzweil continue à concevoir des claviers utilisés par les plus grands comme Peter Gabriel ou Stevie Wonder (qui utilisait déjà les machines à lire de la marque). La marque fut rachetée en 1990 par Young Chang.

L'implémentation MIDI du Micro-Ensemble est la même que le PC2. Le manuel est téléchargeable sous http://www.kurzweilmusicsystems.com/support.html?Id=451. La table d'implémntation MIDI montre toutes les combines pour changer les paramètres de chaque son (suppression du bruit de relache, etc...)

The K2000/2500 will say "Not Found" because there is no Kurzweil object in ROM at that number. But it still sends a program change to the Digitech, calling up that number. You must type the number in (as opposed to scrolling with the dial) because when scrolling, the operating system is designed to skip over "Not Found" object numbers. You can also send a program change (with FX Mode set to Master and sending the command on the FX Channel) to call up the effect.
Keep in mind there is nothing special about these effects - they are simply the presets that Digitech chose."

Le Micro Ensemble Kurzweil est configuré exactement comme un PC2R. Pour gérer l'Architecture des Programmes depuis votre Logic - Cubase ou Autres, Possitionner dans le Buffer "Soundriver" le ME-1 sous "PC2R".
